About This Project

Cala Nena Restaurant, Peratallada, Catalunya.

Challenge: Fix a serious acoustic reverberation problem in the main dining room; Providing the character and aesthetics according to the personality of the restaurant.

Solution: Install 100% custom-made sound-absorbing panels on the vault ceiling; Covering them with textile art that was designed exclusively for the customer. 23.500 hand-made textile bubbles were created for this project.

Inspiration: Sky of silent, cottony, and enveloping clouds.
